I started working out in 2000 as a New Year's resolution. Lifting weights and LOTS of cardio, etc. etc. Then, I began the "running thing." My body was always aching and I started to have major issues with my lower back, knees, and hips. I read an article somewhere about "hot yoga" where you sweat it out in a room that is 105 degrees and thought I just had to try it.....what a great workout, I thought. Man, have I received WAY more from Bikram yoga than a workout!
